Contact us for more information on which size is right for you.\n    <\/div>\n  <\/div>\n\n  <div class=\"faq-item\">\n    <button class=\"faq-question\">What type of security measures do you have in place?<\/button>\n    <div class=\"faq-answer\">\n      Our facility is equipped with 24-hour video surveillance, electronic building access, and individual unit locks for added security. We also have onsite security personnel to monitor the premises.\n    <\/div>\n  <\/div>\n\n  <div class=\"faq-item\">\n    <button class=\"faq-question\">Do you offer climate-controlled units?<\/button>\n    <div class=\"faq-answer\">\n      Yes, we offer climate-controlled units with a central dehumidifier.\n    <\/div>\n  <\/div>\n\n  <div class=\"faq-item\">\n    <button class=\"faq-question\">How can I reserve a storage unit?<\/button>\n    <div class=\"faq-answer\">\n      You can reserve a unit online through our website or by calling our office during business hours.\n    <\/div>\n  <\/div>\n\n  <div class=\"faq-item\">\n    <button class=\"faq-question\">Is there a deposit required to rent a unit?<\/button>\n    <div class=\"faq-answer\">\n      Yes, we require a refundable deposit equal to one month\u2019s rent at the time of rental. This deposit will be returned when you move out, provided there is no damage or outstanding balance.\n    <\/div>\n  <\/div>\n\n  <div class=\"faq-item\">\n    <button class=\"faq-question\">What is your policy on late payments?<\/button>\n    <div class=\"faq-answer\">\n      We offer a grace period of five days past the due date. After that, a late fee will be applied. If you are unable to make a payment, please contact our office. We have the right to block access to units until the account is paid. A late payment will also void the 50\/50 deal. \n    <\/div>\n  <\/div>\n\n  <div class=\"faq-item\">\n    <button class=\"faq-question\">Do you provide a lock for the unit?<\/button>\n    <div class=\"faq-answer\">\n      Yes, your door comes equipped with an electronic lock with a code unique to you. Your code will also allow access into the building and elevator if you have any upstairs unit. Upstairs units will also have a unique elevator code for cargo only, not for people. There will also be a unique building access code.\n    <\/div>\n  <\/div>\n\n  <div class=\"faq-item\">\n    <button class=\"faq-question\">How do I pay my rent?<\/button>\n    <div class=\"faq-answer\">\n      <strong>Cash is not accepted.<\/strong><br><br>\n      Accepted forms of payment include autopay from a debit card, credit card, or bank account payable through the website, or by check payable to the Bulldog Manager at Tell City Rentals, and mailed or hand delivered to:\n      <br><br>\n      818 Tell Street, Ste. 2<br>\n      Tell City, IN 47586\n      <br><br>\n      Our office also has a secure drop box for after-hours payments. You will not receive monthly bills or statements.\n    <\/div>\n  <\/div>\n\n  <div class=\"faq-item\">\n    <button class=\"faq-question\">Can I sign the rental agreement on paper?<\/button>\n    <div class=\"faq-answer\">\n      Yes. We will send you a copy of the lease agreement by email once you submit your application and first payment. You can sign it and email it back or deliver it to our office at 818 Tell Street, Suite 2 in Tell City, IN. You will not receive access until we receive the payment and the signed lease.\n    <\/div>\n  <\/div>\n\n  <div class=\"faq-item\">\n    <button class=\"faq-question\">Can I access my storage unit at any time?<\/button>\n    <div class=\"faq-answer\">\n      Yes, you can access your storage unit 24\/7 with your unique door access code.\n    <\/div>\n  <\/div>\n\n  <div class=\"faq-item\">\n    <button class=\"faq-question\">What are your business hours?<\/button>\n    <div class=\"faq-answer\">\n      Our business hours are Monday through Friday, 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. at our office located at 818 Tell St., Suite 2, Tell City, Indiana.\n    <\/div>\n  <\/div>\n\n  <div class=\"faq-item\">\n    <button class=\"faq-question\">What can I store inside a storage unit?<\/button>\n    <div class=\"faq-answer\">\n      Storage units can be used for a wide range of items.\n      <br><br>\n      <strong>Can be stored:<\/strong>\n      <ul>\n        <li>Furniture<\/li>\n        <li>Appliances<\/li>\n        <li>Clothes<\/li>\n        <li>Electronics<\/li>\n        <li>Books<\/li>\n        <li>Ammunition<\/li>\n        <li>And much more<\/li>\n      <\/ul>\n    <\/div>\n  <\/div>\n\n  <div class=\"faq-item\">\n    <button class=\"faq-question\">Is there anything I am not allowed to store?<\/button>\n    <div class=\"faq-answer\">\n      The general rule is that anything edible, illegal, flammable, combustible, or likely to rot and attract insects or rodents cannot be stored.\n      <br><br>\n      <strong>Cannot be stored:<\/strong>\n      <ul>\n        <li>Food<\/li>\n        <li>Drugs<\/li>\n         <li>Dynamite and other related material<\/li>\n        <li>Gas, propane tanks, oil, car batteries, or other flammable items<\/li>\n        <li>Motor vehicles<\/li>\n      <\/ul>\n    <\/div>\n  <\/div>\n\n  <div class=\"faq-item\">\n    <button class=\"faq-question\">What is the minimum rental commitment?<\/button>\n    <div class=\"faq-answer\">\n      The rental commitment depends on your personal needs. You can rent as long as you need to. Month-to-month rental options are available. .\n    <\/div>\n  <\/div>\n\n  <div class=\"faq-item\">\n    <button class=\"faq-question\">Is there electricity in the storage units?<\/button>\n    <div class=\"faq-answer\">\n      No. If lighting is needed, we sell battery-operated lighting for a modest fee. The hallways are lit, so there is partial illumination in each room.\n    <\/div>\n  <\/div>\n\n  <div class=\"faq-item\">\n    <button class=\"faq-question\">Can I sleep or live inside a storage unit?<\/button>\n    <div class=\"faq-answer\">\n      <strong>No.<\/strong> It is illegal to sleep or live inside a storage unit. We have a zero-tolerance policy. Anyone caught sleeping or living in a unit will be required to leave immediately and must vacate the unit within 14 days.\n    <\/div>\n  <\/div>\n\n  <div class=\"faq-item\">\n    <button class=\"faq-question\">What documents do I need to rent a storage unit?<\/button>\n    <div class=\"faq-answer\">\n      You will need to provide a valid government-issued form of identification, such as a driver\u2019s license, state ID, or passport.\n    <\/div>\n  <\/div>\n\n  <div class=\"faq-item\">\n    <button class=\"faq-question\">What notice do you require before I move out?<\/button>\n    <div class=\"faq-answer\">\n      Please provide a 10-day notice and let us know once you have vacated your unit so you do not incur unnecessary charges.\n    <\/div>\n  <\/div>\n\n  <div class=\"faq-item\">\n    <button class=\"faq-question\">Do you require insurance?<\/button>\n    <div class=\"faq-answer\">\n      Yes. It is up to each tenant to obtain insurance to protect their items.
