Summary of Terms & Agreement
Rent is due on the 1st day of each month. Payments must be made in full; partial payments are not accepted. A late fee may apply after the fifth day past due.
Storage units are rented for personal property only. Tenants may not live in the unit, sublease it, store hazardous materials, flammables, stolen items, perishables, or use the unit for illegal purposes.
Tenant is responsible for keeping the unit clean, locked, and free of damage. Landlord does not provide insurance for stored property and is not responsible for loss or damage caused by theft, fire, water, pests, weather, or other events.
Tenant must give at least 30 days’ written notice before vacating. Rent and fees continue until the unit is emptied, cleaned, and the landlord is notified.
If rent or charges are not paid, access may be denied and property may be subject to lien, advertisement, and sale under Indiana law.
