You can reserve a unit online through our website or by calling our office during business hours.
Yes, we require a refundable deposit equal to one month’s rent at the time of rental. This deposit will be returned when you move out, provided there is no damage or outstanding balance.
We offer a grace period of five days past the due date. After that, a late fee will be applied. If you are unable to make a payment, please contact our office. We have the right to block access to units until the account is paid. A late payment will also void the 50/50 deal.
Yes, your door comes equipped with an electronic lock with a code unique to you. Your code will also allow access into the building and elevator if you have any upstairs unit. Upstairs units will also have a unique elevator code for cargo only, not for people. There will also be a unique building access code.

Yes. We will send you a copy of the lease agreement by email once you submit your application and first payment. You can sign it and email it back or deliver it to our office at 818 Tell Street, Suite 2 in Tell City, IN. You will not receive access until we receive the payment and the signed lease.
Yes, you can access your storage unit 24/7 with your unique door access code.

The rental commitment depends on your personal needs. You can rent as long as you need to. Month-to-month rental options are available. .
No. If lighting is needed, we sell battery-operated lighting for a modest fee. The hallways are lit, so there is partial illumination in each room.
No. It is illegal to sleep or live inside a storage unit. We have a zero-tolerance policy. Anyone caught sleeping or living in a unit will be required to leave immediately and must vacate the unit within 14 days.
You will need to provide a valid government-issued form of identification, such as a driver’s license, state ID, or passport.
Please provide a 10-day notice and let us know once you have vacated your unit so you do not incur unnecessary charges.
Yes. It is up to each tenant to obtain insurance to protect their items. Please provide proof of insurance when you submit your signed lease.
